Orders and Shipping

We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service for most of our UK-based deliveries. This is not a guaranteed timeframe, and it only starts when Royal Mail have collected the parcel. They will send you tracking info to the details you supply during the order process. Please note we can’t chase up anything until 7 working days have passed from collection, as this is Royal Mail’s policy.

2.30pm, don’t forget to factor in the weekend though – orders placed on Friday prior to 2.30pm should be delivered on Monday.

Yes you can. You should have received confirmation via email & text with your delivery tracking info, however if those haven’t arrived then please contact Hanna at hanna@justchillies.co.uk and she’ll help you with that.

Yes, we ship all over the world so please go ahead and order with confidence.

You should take photos of the broken product & packaging, and send those over to us with your message to hanna@justchillies.co.uk so we can replace the broken items as quickly as possible.

Sweet Chilli (although we think you should try Fruity Chilli as well). All our products have a chilli rating so you can see the level of heat you’re going to experience. If you’re not sure, please drop us a line at hanna@justchillies.co.uk and we’ll answer any questions you have.

Unfortunately we can’t accept visitors at our premises due to various rules & regulations. We love to meet everyone though, so please check out our events page & come and say hi!
