This beautifully scented seasoning isn’t just for chicken!
- Grilled Aubergine: coat slices of aubergine before grilling or air frying for a crunchy, healthy snack.
- Braised Asparagus: a sprinkle with some butter in the pan, finish off with fresh lime juice & thyme.
