INGREDIENTS
- 2 Medium eggs
- 20g Plain Flour
- 30g Caster sugar
- 60g Unsalted butter
- 6 Chunks of Chipotle & Orange Chocolate
- 10g cocoa powder plus a little extra for dusting the ramekin moulds
- Orange Zest
METHOD
Preheat oven to 390F/ 200C/ Gas Mark 6.
Melt the butter in a microwave or in a pan on the hob.
Place the eggs and caster sugar in a bowl and whisk for a few minutes until the mixture looks a little lighter. Pour in the butter , add the flour and mix thoroughly.
Pour some of the cake mix in each ramekin. Then stack 3 chunk of chocolate into each, then cover with the remaining cake mixture, ensuring they are completely covered.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Leave to rest for a couple of minutes.
Cut around the sides to loosen, and tip over onto a serving plate/dish. Sprinkle with orange zest and serve with cream, Ice cream or crème fraiche.
