Wiltshire Chilli Farm - Baked Sea Bass using Lemon Chilli Pepper and Garlic Chilli Salt

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sea Bass, scaled and gutted
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Chilli Pepper, ground
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 50ml water
  • 30g butter, melted
  • 5g butter
  • juice of half a lemon
  • small handful parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Chilli Salt, ground

METHOD

Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200C

Melt the butter in a pan; add breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, water and Lemon Chilli Pepper and mix.

Stuff the fish with the stuffing. Place fish on the baking tray, dot pieces of the un-melted butter on top.

Bake the fish for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
