Mediterranean herbs and the warmth of sunshine bring joy to any meal.
- Greek Salad: olives, tomatoes, olive oil, crisp leaves, a wedge of feta & a dusting of seasoning.
- Sea Bass: place in foil with onion, tomato, butter and this seasoning, bake until perfect.
- Chicken: steam chicken, move to pan and flash fry with fresh basil and seasoning for a light snack.
- Savoury Pancakes: spinach, feta, seasoning, roll up, air fry or grill. Serve with fresh herbs.
- Tzatziki: blend with greek yoghurt, shaved cucumber, freshly chopped mint. Serve with warm pita.
